Sleeping
is the natural phenomenon of living creatures. A quality sleeping is essential
for good health. It brings down the blood pressure, reduces gastrointestinal
problems and helps brain and nervous system. Someone who is delivered of sleep
loses energy and become quick tempered. The disturbance in sleeping is likely
to be an unavoidable in such a complex society like ours.
Most of us reduce the
time to sleep up to absolute minimum. The lacking of sleep may results as the
permanent damage of our bodies. The damage may not appear immediately but it
may appear later in the life when various organic disturbances begin to old
age.
At
sleeping time, the brain and nervous cells lesson activity aside from those
which continue impulses to the vital organs. The right duration for sleep is
from 10pm to 5am.Thus it suggests go to bed at 10 am. Those who repeat the sleepless nights for
more than two days, lose concentration they may have great difficulty in
thinking, seeing and hearing clearly. Less sleep produces black dark circles around
the eye, takes away the luster from the skin, making less attractive
personality.
The main

forever but we don't have to suffer to premature death, disability, mental
