How to lose weight in three months

          Everyone wants to have a slim and healthy body. Losing weight slower is a safer way, so three months is a moderate period to carry out. Now, here are some tips for every to try. As we concern about losing weight, we usually think of eating less food, but actually there are some other ways to utilize, for example, we can control diets,go exercising, and have a regular daily routine.

          First, we can control our diet to lose weight. We usually hear of the approach of counting calories, but don't forget we should also need protein, grains, fruits and vegetables, and fluid.


          Protein, include meat, eggs, dairy products, is recommend to consume 46 g for women and 56 g for men daily. If choosing to eat grains, it is better to have whole grains, which are unprocessed grains, include brown rice, oats, and whole grain breads. Fruits and vegetables, which are high in nutrients and low in calories, are recommend to consume about 1 small fruit or 1/2 cup of sliced fruit and at least 1 cup or 2 cups leafy vegetables. If we feel thirsty many times will lead us to be hungry and eager to eat more, so it is recommend to about 8 glasses of sugar-free liquid daily.

          Second, we can conduct physical activity to lose weight. It is recommend to do about 150 minutes of physical activity, such as walking, jogging, swimming, biking or hiking, every week.
          Last but not least, we should have a regular daily routine if we want to lose weight. Six to seven hours for sleeping is the best since our body need rest and metabolism.
          Losing weight in a very short time maybe makes you feel happy, however, it also makes your body being unhealthy. The steps above can not only let you lose your weight but also let you be healthy; therefore, follow them if you eager to have a slim and healthy body.
