Easiest ways to meditate

We live in a world where there is a lot of disturbance and we have to face a lot problems everyday. Problems are like never ending process, one thing ends, the another starts. We have to give rest to our brain so that we can think straight and make proper decisions or judgements. So what do we do? The answer is very simple - meditation. Now, for some people meditation is really tough and for some it's very easy.
The reason for which meditation is tough for some people is that it involves "not thinking about stuff" which is hard to do, this the core reason why people give up on meditation and there is another reason too, i.e, it seems really complicated and boring. There are other ways to practice meditation, today I am going to share one of the easiest way to do meditation and when you follow these steps sincerely, you'll feel great.
1. Find your comfortable spot.
 To practice meditation it is necessary to find a comfortable place, it could be your garden or your room. It doesn't matter what you choose but remember there mustn't be any kind of distractions and disturbances.
2. Relax.
 You've found a comfortable place, the next thing you must do is close your eyes and relax. Since you're a beginner so it is hard for you control the chattering of your mind but you can think of a happy place like a meadow or something.
3. Focus on your breath
  This is the final step, just take deep breaths and focus on it, try to listen your breath and this is the stage where you can automatically control your mind. Your thoughts disappear and you'll dive into the world of peace.
