We all
know that in our generation today, teens are being engaged in early pregnancy.
Even though parents did their best to look for their children while others just
let them be free and spoiled their children, there may be reasons why teens
want or disregard early pregnancy. The following are some considered reason on
why early pregnancy insists to exist in this modern world.
First is
peer pressure. Teens often feel pressured to make friends and fit in with their
peers. Many times those teens let their friends influenced them in their
decision makings especially in terms of sex even they do not fully understand
the consequences associated with it. Teenagers do sex to appear cool and also
for experience as they say. In some cases the end is resulting to unplanned
pregnancy.
Second is
the absence of the parents presence. As we all know that our parents are the
ones who must teach us informations about good and bad things but some parents
choose to be workaholic than to look for their children as they think that it
is for their children’s good in short , they forgot their most important task
to their children. In many other ways, teens may go directly to their friends
and ask for some advises which not a totally good thing and it is very
insulting to the part of the parents because the parents may think that their
effort is not enough to look for their children carefully.
Third
thing is lack of knowledge. Teens who are illiterate on sexual activities are
most likely to commit unexpected pregnancy. They do not fully understand the
biological and emotional aspects associated on doing sex.
Next
reason will be sexual abuse or what we called rape. Innocent teens are being
abused especially women. As our generation today is very chaotic and many
crimes happening mostly rape. Drinking is somehow associated with sexual abuse.
As a man is drunk, he may force a woman to make love with him but if ever
the woman won’t agree he will rape her.
It is very difficult to defend women’s rights as we all know that men are
powerful than women and resulting to sexual abusing and unexpected pregnancy.
